Joel McEachin demoted?

Phew, at first when I saw his name on the COJ list I thought they had cut the position entirely. But still, ouch.

Joel was "demoted" in title only. He didn't suffer a wage cut (as I have heard it, anyway).

He is still the supervisor of the staff. Don't really think it changed much of anything.
