First Coast Home Pros / Jax Furniture Refinishing & Upholstering is seeking an office assistant for our growing companies. We are an energetic, upbeat, award winning company accredited by the BBB. We enjoy a positive work environment and hope to add someone to our team to contribute to the good vibes. Duties will include:
Entering estimates and work order information into our scheduling software (ServiceCEO)
Entering receipts and other expenses into Quickbooks (experience strongly preferred)
Assisting Office Manager in answering phones, scheduling clients, & filing paperwork
Follow up calls & quality control
This position requires strong organizational skills in addition to managing multiple team schedules on a daily basis. Successful candidates must demonstrate great attention to detail and organization skills. We greatly emphasize our top notch customer service and at the same time strive to operate our business as efficiently as possible. There will be training provided on the day to day activities of our specific business activities. However, experience with basic bookkeeping, general office duties, and customer service interaction is strongly preferred.
This position is Monday through Friday, daytime hours only.
