Just saw a For Rent sign posted on Hubbard between 6th and 7th. Not sure how much they're asking, or the size, but it looks nice from the outside and might be worth checking into.

Howard, across the street from our duplex on Silver, had a nice 3/2 unit for $995. I think the address is 1514 Silver. It was on Craigs List.
